Our Process
Schedule an Estimate
We will schedule a home visit to learn more about your vision, take detailed measurements, and walk you through the next steps. A written quote will be provided shortly after and honored for 30 days.
Book Installation Date
Once we determine a convenient installation date, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied toward the cost of materials. A detailed invoice will be provided, documenting the deposit paid and the remaining balance due upon completion.
Open Communication
We maintain an open line of communication throughout the process, staying flexible and responsive to any questions you may have. Choices regarding paint colors, stain, finishes, and other design details will be finalized during this stage. If needed, we’re happy to schedule a follow‑up visit to review any remaining details before installation.
Project Install
Your custom project is installed and completed within the agreed‑upon timeline. We remain flexible and coordinate installation at a time that works best for you. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
